Our Management Team

Mijanur Rahman obtained his graduation and Post-Graduation from Dhaka University.
He holds PhD in Aligarh Muslim University in 1994. Mijanur Rahman is now working in Dhaka University as professor Marketing department. He was also the former Vice-Chancellor of Jagannath University, Dhaka.

Mr. Istak Ahmmed did his BBA and MBA Department of Marketing from the University of Dhaka, has an outstanding professional career. He has senior level corporate and financial management experience of more than 18 years with reputed company. 
He was Chief Executive
Officer of ARC securities Limited. He is actively involved in Bangladesh capital markets for more than 18 years. Ahmmed has excellent knowledge in business, finance, investment management,
capital markets, corporate affairs, companies Act, BSEC, DSE and CSE rules and regulations.

Mr. Mohammad Shahriar Bhuyan, MSS did his MSS Department of Public Administration from the Toronto University, Canada. He has many years of senior level financial, invest management, capital markets and general management experience in the country.

Mr. Mr. Istak Ahmmed, MBA has an outstanding professional career. He has senior level corporate and financial management experience of more than 18 years with reputed company.
He was Chief Executive Officer of ARC securities Limited. He is actively involved in Bangladesh
capital markets for more than 18 years. Ahmmed has excellent knowledge in business, finance,
investment management, capital markets, corporate affairs, companies Act, BSEC, DSE and CSE
rules and regulations.

Mr. Kawsar Ahmed is working as Head of Finance. He has adequate experiences in equity research, active portfolio management and financial data analysis. He has excellent knowledge in money market, capital market, investment banking, fundamental and technical analysis, securities analysis and valuation. Mr. Kawsar Ahmed did his post-Graduate in Dhaka University.

Mr. Sushankar Sarker is working as, head of accounts is responsible for observe overall business
activities of the company with a view to make sure relevant rules and regulations are being
followed. He prepares the report of risk mitigation to invest from the portfolio of the fund. Mr.
Sushanker Sarker facilitates the management team of the company on legal and ethical issues
and reviews the business operations regularly and prepares the books of accounts and financial
statement for the management.
Mr. Sushankar Sarker completed Chartered Accountancy course from Shaha & Co.

Mr. Sushankar Sarker is working as, head of accounts is responsible for observe overall business
